~Dustin Cooper is AALIM's New "In House" Live Drummer!~

We are happy to announce that we have procured the "drum" services of Dustin Cooper as the "official drummer" for the AALIM Princesses. Please watch out for upcoming performances of Dustin Cooper with the AALIM Princesses.

Whenever he can (as we know he is in great demand by other bands and musical groups), Dustin will be appearing with the Princesses performing his own "drum" compositions. We appreciate Dustin bringing us his very own special talents to our shows at the clubs and restaurants. Not only is Dustin an accomplished and recognized drummer (Arabic tablah, frame drum and Egyptian riq), he is also an accomplished musician and composer playing hammered dulcimer, bouzouki and Celtic harp.

Check out the schedules at Zorba's, Gopuram, and Moe's in Norman for the opportunity to see and hear Dustin bring his own special talents accompanying the AALIM Princesses!

~Princesses Win At Tulsa Competition~

On March 2, 2008, Aziza and the Divas competed in the I LOVE DANCE competition in Tulsa. Aziza competed as a soloist against other young dancers from a variety of dance styles, and the Divas competed in the troupe category. Aziza took home a first place trophy, and the Divas took home third.
